Shipping & return/Exchange Policy
We are very proud of our high-quality products and stand behind them 100%. Our goal is to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and find a favorite scent with every purchase! We realize that scent is very personal and what one person feels is too strong a scent another may find is not strong enough.
At P.S. Essential Scents, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to P.S. Essential Scents within 7 days of delivery.
You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery.
All returns must be packed securely in original packaging which includes, kraft paper, shipping popcorn, and/or bubble wrap. Returning the items with these items, help to ensure we receive the items back in its original condition. Please return the items using a trackable shipping service, include a copy of your invoice, and note which items are being returned.

We work very hard to get all orders out as soon as possible so you can enjoy your scents. We usually ship within 3-4 business days of receiving your order. Our shipping carriers of choice include USPS and UPS.
*Due to COVID-19, UPS and USPS have suspended service guarantees. Delivery dates are estimates, and shipping times may take longer.
